Importance of Ventilation Cleaning

Neglect of kitchen extraction systems results in the accumulation of fats, oily deposits and fibrous particles in the system that can quickly become a major cause of fire in catering establishments. The warm, greasy environment is also an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and insects.
